Many of the roles require volunteers to arrive on the morning of Thursday 15^th August and stay until the evening of Monday 19^th, though some require crew to be on site from Monday 12^th of August.

Agreements

Festival volunteers are an essential part of the crew and we would not be able put on the festival without support from our volunteers. Please consider carefully if you are able to commit to attending the festival as a volunteer, as when volunteers fail to attend it puts an extra strain on the volunteers who do show up and it takes away a place from another person who would liked to have taken part.

Please confirm that you have read the information provided on the website about the different volunteer roles, including the hours worked, arrival times and whether meals are on are not provided for the different roles

Please confirm that you are aware that Queer Spirit Festival is not able to provide transport or accommodation for volunteers
